Initially we thought of taking public transport to Harbour Front but the thought of the journey is long and have to wake up early so we decided to take cab over there... But ended up, hubby decided to drive over. Reached harbour front at about 9.15am and walked over to MacDonald to meet Clifford and his family for breakfast but they are nowhere to be seen because... they overslept *lol*

Anyway, we left for Batam at about 1030am, the jouney last for about about 60mins *yawn*

Waited at the resort lobby for about 45 minutes, no idea what we waiting for? *lol*
Took the key and rest for about 15 minutes in the room before we head for out lunch at abt 1pm...I'm too hungry and forgot to take some pictures of the yummy food *sob*

After lunch, rested for about 20 minutes and went for 30 minutes golf session and off to the pool for 40 minutes and then to our Spa session ^^

We set out for our dinner at Golden Prawn Batam, bus journey is zzzz... about 1h journey...


Golden Prawn leh... but the prawn they served out is so bloody small... *failed*! Anyway, we had seafood for our dinner, crab, prawn, heipo, kang kong, tofu, some veggie, fish ...
After dinner we went to the mall for some shopping...but we are too tired to walk so we decided to rest at A&W..

Waffles @ 20,000.00 RP.... Can't remember how much is the root beer...

Woke up at 8am to prepare to head down for breakfast, again... forgot to take down the picture... Omelet with Sauage and fries + a .... ermmm mmmm... not so nice coffee =x Rest for about an hour after our breakfast and head over for swimming with Angel, Jiaxuan, Dana + hubby & myself...


We packed our bag ready to check out and get ready to head over to temple for vegetarian food recommended by Clifford... I was jokingly getting my hubby attention telling him :"ATTENTION 123456! grab your food and go sit down! hehe! It's kind of like prison feeling.... Clifford heard me and he *ROFL* :P

6 paxs, lunch cost about SGD$20++



Dana and Clifford head over to purchase the tickets while Angle + Jiaxuan + Hubby & myself head over to the Hypermarket to purchase some stuff ^^Things there are way cheaper compared to Singapore.... e.g 100ml shampoo/body wash guardian/malls selling at S$1.95, at batam it's only S$0.50...

Dana came looking for us in the Hypermarket to check if anyone of us have any SG dollar... we do, but not enough so have to exchange 71,800.00 RP for SGD$10... as we are short of S$10.00...
Discovered that Angel actually paid way too much for the cab ride... S$35.00... *keke*

Dana & Clifford loves A&W so much that they wanted to have root beer again and so we followed... Ordered 3 root beer and 1 curly fires.. Dana's root beer was flowing out and so she quickly drink and to her horror.. there's a FREAKING COCKROACH in the root beer... *faint* + *omg + *faint again* Changed one for her and the staff apologize, guess what if it happen in Singapore? It won't be so simple.. Yes, u guys should know...

Left Batam at 4.30pm and only reached Home sweet home at about 9pm as we had our dinner at harbour front~Sooooo Tired... Having a slight fever and *yay* I'm ok now ^^

Last but no least... The total parking fees cost us S$17.44.. Phew... We thought it will cost us about S$40.00 ...

Oh yea, we also tested the new camera on shockproof and water proof ^^

Angie bought me 8 dumpling this morning and she even warm it up before passing it to me and that caused her to be late... hehe, thanks again girl ^^



Thanks to Karen who managed to find out the bullet train info in Taiwan and it's omg expensive! For 2 pax NT$3230 = SIN$146.82... Still deciding whether to head over to Ahlisan anot if not will just head over to Sun Moon Lake, nearer... >.< Have not even plan my itinerary for Taiwan .... so dead... Anyway, Karen exam coming soon in another week, this and next week is revision week, good luck and all the best!

Bought 1 box of durian puff (20 pcs @ S$9.80) from Four Season Durian during my lunch for my Colleagues and Mum~ Took 2 but not really yummy or fresh feeling...

Went to Funan for lunch today to purchase toner for office printer and guess what~~ *hehe*
Pass by camera section @ challenger, went to check with the sales guy whether they have stocks for white and *omg* yes they do! They stocks just came in yesterday ^-^ Here's what I got...

2. Free protection screen for camera
3. Free 8G SD HC card
4. Free Lime green pouch
5. Free 4G SD HC card (was given a tripod but asked the sales guy whether can he gave me memory card instead and luckily he did ^^)

Received a email for my work stuff and had to go down to UIC building to collect some document. Took a cab down and cabby uncle drop me at AVIVA and told me that UIC building is just behind AVIVA... Walked quite a distance and feel something is not right so called my information advisor Ms Karen and asked her for help... *lol* UIC building is just opposite DBS Bank -_-"
"thanks" to the cabby uncle, my feet is aching like crazy as I'm wearing a 4" heels today... Been quite some time since I last wore my high heels... that explains the aching :( Luckily, free massage from hubby... *keke*

Tried the dumpling Mummy made after my dinner and I would said it's pretty nice...

Had my lunch at UE square today at Venus Cafe... Today's Menu is Nasi Lemak! I've been waiting for soooo long as this cafe serve different yummy food everyday but Nasi Lemak is still the best! *thumbs up*

Head to Tiong Bahru Plaza after my lunch to deposit some cheques and pass by Chamelon so went in to peek at hairband section, ended up bought 4 hairband in less then 5 minutes! *lol*

Collected Company envelope from Funan about 4pm today and went to the money changer to change TW dollar and yay... today's rate is 22! ^^ Changed only SGD$500.00 (TW$11,000.00) as I have no intention for heavy shopping session.. Just chill out and makan!
Mummy called me and told me she made some dumpling... *wow* I'm surprised... :P Shall go and grab some tomorrow! She've made 28 of them and this is the 1st time she made dumpling...

Went to CWP after work as the salesman from courts told us that the camera will be here today but... *sobsob*, he advice us to come back on Friday to check again... Zzzz
Anyway, we had our dinner at Dian Xiao Er again~~~ *yummy, delicious*

Saw my cousin Lee Soon at courts today, *omg* he too have gained weight =x My clothing are getting tighter too .... *bless me*

Had a chat with Joanne on MSN this afternoon and she's currently doing property... Was telling hubby to go for the course after our Taiwan trip and to earn extra money for future baby milk powder money *lol* He seem keen too but still considering ^^

Kind of unlucky today, went to AXS to pay my credit card bill and it prompt me... They only accept POSB, DBS & Citibank ATM card... *WTH* Why would they want to changed? Anti-UOB?!! That's not it... Draw out some cash to exchange for TW dollar for next week Taiwan trip and uncle told me Sold out... -_-"
Rate was pretty good, @ 21.98... Shall go back Funan again soon...

Went swimming with Hubby after work and *yay* still maintained at 10 laps again, hopefully 12 laps next swimming session ^^ Finished out swim at about 830pm and Hubby bought me to SSC for Dinner and a little "shopping" session... Lucky there's nothing for me to buy... :P While having our dinner, Clifford called hubby and told him the Batam trip this weekend is on but timing to be confirm again *yippppeee* Spa, golf, swimming, shopping, makan here I come~~~ =D

It's only Wednesday tomorrow and I'm already AGAIN starting to countdown to weekend!

Unpleasant Monday~

Unpleasant Monday for me... Tummy wasn't feeling well when I woke up this morning but couldn't care less if not I'll be late for work... Lucky there's no accident/emergency during my MRT rides to office... *lol* Reached office at about 930am and started running in and out of the washroom *sob* Also had a terrible headache, could it be due to the weather? At last, decided to apply for half day medical leave...

Visited the doctor in the late afternoon, temp was at 37.5 ... Zzzz. Dr Loh saw me and he was shocked/surprised and told me that I look better and glowing now... *yippee* Dr Loh was telling me he look more like a patient cos he look pale... :P

Woke up quite late today but I'm still soooo sleepy... Meeting LT + her Hubby, Aurora, KW today for lunch at CWP Ichiban for Aurora belated birthday makan session~ Promise Aurora that I'll made her a cheese cake for her birthday "cake" so quickly rush to finish off the topping and was late for 30mins >.< After lunch, birthday girl suggested to catch monster vs aliens but timing wasn't right so we skip our movie session. Here's the picture we took today, oh my god! my face is getting rounder and rounder but who cares! Aurora told me I look better and my face is glowing compared to our last meeting in April :P

Hope Aurora and carrot will like the Oreo cheese cake ^^ Oh yea, this time hubby said the cheese cake is better and he ate half of it... ^^ PG: My hubby ^^

Reached home at about 4pm and head straight to my bed and sleep till 7pm.. *lol* That's how my Sunday ends~~ and it's Monday tomorrow :S

2nd attempt on Oreo Cheese cake!

Hubby accompany me to CWP to purchase my Oreo cheese cake ingredients this morning + Blender and portable HDD for Karen... We saw a booth for UOB, offering a free lifetime card and so, we decide to sign up and we got some really crappy vouchers... *Recession* The staff told us that RHB is giving away some nice and good goodies, shall check out RHB... keke...

Anyway, started my Oreo cheese cake making session at about 5 o'clock and ended at 6 o'clock... Hopefully, it turn out edible... Just check on the cheesecake 15 minutes ago, it's still too soft to be serve so have to wait till tomorrow, safer :P

Went swimming with hubby in the evening, for the 1st time I wore bikini to public pool and for the 1st time I swim 10 laps. Thanks to hubby for coaching me the way to swim "frog style"months ago. Stamina is increasing ^^ Used to swim freestyle as I have yet to know frog style... Last time swim 1 lap and I'm like half dead already... *lol* Came home and discovered there's a white plastic bag hanging outside my door... I was asking Hubby what is it, both of us have no idea and I suddenly thought of Angie! Must be her and indeed it's. She bought me Pig trotter and Oreo cheesecake *lol* Thanks girl! Sorry, did not bring my mobile phone out with me ;)

Stephanie Sun concert, 11 July '09... *sobsob* Feel like watching but the ticket is OMG expensive... S$111 including booking fees...

C'est vendredi! (It's Friday!)

Went to Bakerzin after lunch with my colleagues for a "tea-break" session *lol* There's no
"government" today and everyone was in weekend mood... Oreo cheese cake here I come! It's on Ian~ Thanks man!

After lunch I set off to Funan to return the printing that is full or errors and to asked for a reprint... Before that they call to asked me whether I wanted a discount? As in I will accept the error... Marketing brochure for Customer, errors are not acceptable... Took cab back to office and uncle too the wrong way and he apologize and told me since it's near he won't accept money from me. Anyway, It's just a small wrong turn and I could claims the cab fare so I told uncle to charge as per normal :P There was also another time, taxi uncle forgot to turn the meter on...

Head on to CWP after work, we was surprised to see many people gathering near KFC and we thought there's some kind of star appearing in CWP... Parked the car @ B1 and head up and started seeing shops taking turn to close one by one -___-" I overheard a cleaner auntie saying level 5 is on fire and I started to panic as Mummy is working at level 5. Called Mummy thrice and no answer and I called Daddy no answer again! That's frustrating! Suddenly remember Mummy applied for another new number so I called her, felt relief when I heard her voice and I'm glad she's alright :) *phew* Everyone was evacuated from the mall... From 5.45pm... we waited till about 7.30pm -__-" Decided to head to "dian xiao er" for dinner but was told have to wait for another 30mins as the mall switches off the gas thingy... So we went to Macdonald for our dinner instead... Sobsob, unhealthy meal today, no veggies (T-T)

Security blocked everyone from going up to level 4,5,6 and 7... Supposed to go courts to check out the Camera and HDD for Karen... No choice, have to go down tomorrow... And RIGHT! they charged the same parking fees... Topped up my American ginseng today, I'm so broke again...

YAY... It's Saturday tomorrow and I can sleep all I want, this few days quite sleepy... *___*
Lastly, hopefully I can with the oreo cheese cake making too! :P

Boring and warm Thursday ~ Today lunch is on Eng! Went to Liang court, there's a Italian Restaurant call Saizeriya @ level 2 , the pricing is really reasonable and food quite yummy *thumb up* Eng's with his Tuna Pasta, PJ's with his Hawaiian Pizza and myself with Hamburger beef and we shared 2 side dish, a Teriyaki salad & Escargots...

Went to CWP after work with hubby and head over to Courts to check out Camera section to see if there's any nice deal going on~ Olympus Stylus Tough-6000! It's shockproof, waterproof, freezeproof, tap control, dual image stabilization and most importantly it comes in white! I'm so going to get that Camera, White is currently out of stock so we have to wait till next Wednesday...

After that, went to cold storage and bought the ingredients for Oreo cheese cake making session this weekend! Reached home today and discovered whisky accidentally slept on his urine -__-" left side of his face is stained with his urine, how "wonderful" *lol* Sigh, thought of resting early but have to bath him if not he stinks... He smell good now and entertaining himself with his toy & digging my floor ^^

Hopefully batam trip on 30-31 May will be confirm and 12 days to Taiwan~~ ^^

Woke up early morning and started packing quietly while Hubby is still sleeping... End up he woke up early -__-" and he saw me with a bag of "stuff"but luckily he din know what's inside as I covered it with purple wrapper and off I go to meet up with Angie... I went out late and he was wondering why, so i lied to him giving him some lame excuse! My heart was beating fast... >.< Guess what, she also made me 1 oreo cheese cake, this time with the Oreo biscuit at the bottom, thanks a lot girl ^^ Reached Suntec at about 1130am and passed by a swim wear shop call "Seafolly" and the swim wear in there is insanely + OMG expensive! As my current swim wear is like ugly so I decided to get one but couldn't find one in Suntec. I bought the almond longan cake + rose petal from Suntec then we walked to Bugis and Angie suggested to bring me for dessert *drool*. She knows I like Mango Sago Pomelo ^^ It's really yummy and mango is Sweeeeet~~~

We walked to the new mall "Illuma", there a shop call "Bella Kini". Variety of swim wear and reasonable price. Tried on about 3 swim wear but it's either too small or too loose so ended up bought 1 bikini set... my 1st bikini set! *lol* Thanks to Angie recommendation ^^

It's 2.30pm, we took cab and head to Amara Sanctuary Resort. I'm so glad Angie is with me if not my hands will break... Checked in at 3pm and started decorating the room... See any difference?

Called Hubby at about 3.45pm and asked him to come and fetch me at Amara Sanctuary Resort, he was asking why am I there and I gave him another lame reason saying because boss asked me to check out corporate rate for hotel stay in there as Big boss from France is coming in June... *hehe*

Waited for the shutter bus with Angie at the Hotel Lobby, she's meeting her boyfriend at chinatown as they are paying the deposit for dim sum buffet for their R.O.M in September.

I was worried that Hubby couldn't find the way to Amara Sanctuary so walked out and waited for him at the road side and he was surprise to see me... He parked the car... and I told him there's a buffet in there very CHEAP and of cos that's a lie! *lol* So I bought him to level 2 and pretend to blur on which way to go... Oops, I told him I can't remember where is it... Anyway, I hold him and walked towards the room, 201... and..I told him "TAaaa DAaaa" and I passed him the room card... His face was like stunned + omg + little smile on his face...

We rested for about 30 mins and decided to go for "sky ride", the weather is really hot & warm... It also came with 2 free digital photo during our cable car ride and sky ride... Complimentary from the Hotel ^^ There's also tickets for Song of the sea but couln't catch it as our movie is at 9pm... :(



After our ride, we decided to walked back to the hotel, about 15 mins walk... Hubby took some shots for me, here's it's... You will notice most of the picture is me me me me me and ME! It's more like my birthday instead of Hubby... *lol*



Decided to go for a 30 mins swim @ sky pool as it's 7pm already and we are a little hungry...
The pool is really nice and most importantly it really have got a "Sanctuary" feeling... Away from the city, very relaxing and nice view from the pool... + a mini Jacuzzi in there... I would definitely love to go back again! This sky pool is only for adult, pool for families is at other side "Dream pool"... Too lazy to walk over to see how it's like... ;P


After swimming we prepared ourselves to Vivocity for our Dinner and Movie Session, Star Trek!
Went to Eagle Swensen for Dinner, Hubby had fried chicken something and I've fish and chips. Ordered Banana Split for hubby, it's his favourite~ + FOC salad and chips~



9.00pm, it's movie time! received a SMS from boss earlier on asking whether I'm in SG... So I replied yes and he replied about 2h later telling me that he've signed all the cheque and it's on my desk also asking whether I could do the bank transfer thingy by tomorrow AM as it's urgent... *sobsob* I'm on leave from 19-20 May and check out timing is 12pm on 20 May... I told hubby about this and he's very sweet to send me back to office after our movie which is about 11.30pm and get the document so that I can head off to bank straight away after our breakfast. I'm a little sad as my whole schedules was off... After movie suppose to rush back to hotel so that I can make it on time to presen tthe birthday cake to Hubby at 12am... Humpf... Anyway, reach hotel at about 12.30am...

Woke up at 7.15am today and get myself ready for breakfast and then head to DBS Shenton way for work thingy... Amara Sanctuary served American breakfast... Nicely presented but a little oily and it's sinful... Bacon with lots of fats... *keke* It's include eggs, hash brown, sausage and bacon... Waitress was very attentive, cleared up the plate very quickly and refill for coffee was fast... *thumb up*

After our breakfast we went to Glass Pavilion to look around... Went to the hotel lobby and get the staff to call in a cab for us, less then 10 mins and limo cab is here... During the waiting time, hubby took some shots for me again...



Reached DBS at about 8.30am and I was praying that we have enough time for swimming... and YES! we do have enough time~ reached hotel at 9am so we quickly change to our swim wear and yay~ nobody was swimming this early, the whole pool was "ours" ... Swim for about 1h30mins and now my body is aching... *___*

Checked out the hotel at 12pm and Hubby said he wanted to bring me for a walk in the island..
See... It's more like my birthday... Know hubby is tired so I told him we head home for a rest...
Went home and put down our stuff ... Whisky was so eager,excited & happy to see us... But we are leaving the house in about 15 mins time and whisky knows... he was barking at us and whining + his "whooo whooo" sound... He was telling us how can we leave him alone again! >.<

Finally finished 1 bottle of D.O.M, I have never thought that I could actually finish it and bought a new bottle today~ *flex*

Karen popped over my place this afternoon with K.O & cutie Klayton...
She was here to transfer me the picture we took last night at Shan's ROM and wanted to pass her some show to watch... Ended up HDD started having issue and announced dead later on...
Whisky saw me carrying Klayton and he started to protest with his uber whining sound *lol*



Today, a lady is suppose to drop by my place to see whisky as she wish to adopt Whisky but received a SMS from her this morning informing me that she won't be dropping by as her colleague will be giving her a dog soon... Whisky is fated to stay with me? keke...

Cooked Lunch cum Dinner today, while having our dinner there is a advert on SALES on Electronics stuff! Next Friday to Sunday @ Suntec City, hopefully can get a good deal for camera~

After Dinner, grab the cheese cake I made yesterday, I'm so going to grow fat... fatter -___-"
Lucikily, Karen & K.O likes the cheese cake... *phew + sweat*

Sigh... It's Monday tomorrow, the only thing I look forward to is Tuesday, 19 may'2009!

Saturday the 16~

Met up with Angie at about 11am today and head to CWP instead of Seng song to shop for the ingredient. About S$20.00 for 10 cup of oreo cheese cake... The procedure is really quite fun for me as I'm a noob at cooking/baking stuff...

Result: At least it's edible, the crust at the bottom taste salty and a little lemon flavor for the cheese... Shall try other brand next time for butter, cheese & Biscuit... Thanks to Angie and her time =D

Hubby have tried the cheese cake and he doesn't like it *sob*



Attended Shan's ROM @ Chervon in the evening, a simple ROM buffet at the pool side...

It's Friday~

Hubby sent me to work this morning and had breakfast with me nearby my office area ^^
Luckily there's no jam *sweat*

Received a SMS from Molly this morning informing me that they have decided that it's not a good time for them to adopt Whisky as the next few months her hubby and herself will be traveling quite a bit and they are worried that the maid can't cope... To be honest, this is a good and bad news for me... Good news is I can still see Whisky, bad news is... I'll be going for holiday soon...

Hubby called me at about 4pm today and asked whether I wana go anywhere after work? I told him no... Guess he's pretty surprise... But later on, he told me he wana bring me out for movie. We watched Angels & demons, @ GV Max... it's really a fantastic show but hubby prefer Da Vinci Code better as he find Tom Hank talks too much in this show... *lol*

On my way home, called Karen to pick up some stuff from her... To my surprise, she made something for me... We'll be attending Shan's ROM tomorrow at Chervon and we bought her the following, hope she'll like it ;) While waiting for Karen I drove Hubby car in a small area, wooo~ heart was beating fast... Brakes for current car is very sensitive~ Illegal driving... *lol* It was fun ;)

Thursday the 14th...

Had a bad dream this morning, about a priest telling me that I can't have Whisky as he's harmful to me, Hubby also keep pestering me to set him free :( After consideration, I set whisky free in the public (T-T) To my surprise, when I got home, Whisky was waiting for me there... I was so happy and hugged whisky and not letting anyone to take him away from me... I woke up and felt very sad but manage to fell asleep... *sobsob*

Collected my Taiwan ticket this afternoon and it came with unlimited train pass in Taiwan for 1 day, lucky draw, discount coupon and some options to choose from... e.g. Free visit to; World's top observatory @ Taipei 101 , Five star afternoon tea @ The Westin Taipei, Hot springs etc...

Woo~ finally had lunch with Chella today and heard some updates from her on a friend, "G". I hope "G" will come to one senses soon... Dear god, please help her find her way and lead her out from her miserly... :)

Anyway, we went to liang court for lunch today, the carpark there was a disaster... She maneuvered caustiously up the dangerously narrow spiralling slope that threaten to trap us. *phew* Luckily, she had good skills... lol...

Met up with the Lynn's friends for the Jiemei, they are Jasmine & Ronny. We discussed about our dresscode, colour, gatecrashing, contract, guest book, MUA etc etc... We chatted for about 2h and I have to leave early to help hubby with the cables packing and stuff...

Have to start packing now if not I won't be able to sleep early tonight.. >.<

There's a meeting with "xxx" company this morning with the MD also including my boss, Ian & myself in the office meeting room, the atmosphere was so tense and my heart was beating fast as I seldom see my boss in a pissed + angry mode... *sweat*
Not fated to have lunch with Chella for the past 3 days. Hopefully, we'll be able to meet for lunch tomorrow...

Hubby fetch me from work and head to CWP for dinner as he wanted to get a All in One printer for work purpose, current printer is out of orde. Stocks will only arrive tomorrow~ *incoming crit in our pocket*
I have a sudden craving for cake after my dinner and so decided to buy oreo cheese cake from MacDonald and it's a disaster.... Ewwwweee, it's not tasty at all! Yucks~ Bakerzin oreo cheese cake is the best! What you pay is what you get...
