Tuesday Part II

Finally decided to head over to PS as I need to go to "Made with Love" to get some art and craft stuff and at the same time shop around for a pair of new slipper for Hubby but to no valid as he find it too expensive...

There's a roadshow on Loreal products and celebrating its 100 year anniversary at Level one. Went in to take a look and if you spent S$50, there will be a free umbrella, spent S$80 you will get a facial, make-up + hairdo, spent S$100.00 you'll get a free ugly bag... *lol* Anyway, top up my shampoo and condition and also bought some other stuff and spent S$79.10 but the sales girl was kind enough to let us pass *wink* ^^

The make up session was supposed to last only for 10-15 minutes but end up she took about 30 minutes and it came out to be a disaster! I was laughing out loud at myself because she made me look like "RU HUA", my eyebrow was a utter disaster, I don't even dare to walk out that area and told her to remove the "make-over" session at my eyes brow area. Hubby was laughing out loud when he heard my comment and he took a closer look and both of us was LOL-ing... No pictures was taken! It's really a nightmare...
After the make-over session, head over to hair section and decided to try curl style... mmm...
Hubby was telling me that I might hurt the make up artist feeling when I told her I look like RU HUA but seriously, that's a fact, my eyes brow was already so thick and dark, she made it darker and thicker... Also, I look like "La Pi Xiao Sin" as well....

Thanks for hubby patience for waiting for me during the whole procedure and his back is aching like crazy~

There's actually 3 person handling my hair and after the completion both said I look like tai-tai with my hair curl, please... more of like auntie ... :S

Anyway, new try and I will stick to my straight hair as long as I can ^^ Straight hair is for lazy people like me :P

While on our way home I was chit chatting with my hubby telling him that most girl can spend 1-2h on their hair and make up before going for work... I was telling him... *omg* I can't do it... that 1-2h I rather spend it on my beauty sleep and hubby was laughing *lol*

Ice Age will starts tomorrow! But shall change it next Tuesday as I have a secret project to pass to carrot on Saturday... hehe... Hopefully it will turn out well :)

Tuesday Part I~

Tuesday blue for Eng today... He spilled his coffee on his shirt, pants and floor~ He went in to the washroom to get the mop but we hear another "destroying" sound..He squeeze on the mop squeezer thingy too hard and the squeezer was like gone/crack, into 3 pieces... It's his unlucky day~ He whined and told us he's so dead as the shirt was bought by his wife, he's so going to get a scolding from her... He wash the coffee stained immediately and hopefully it will go away... *bless him* hehe... Ian was laughing away and told Eng CMI.. We are horrible colleague, laughing at him and Ian was saying he smell like breaskfast *lol* :P

Hubby just called and told me to plan where to go for our dating session later on^^
Jurong Point to design a personalized cake? Vivo for.... ? Greatworld for .... ? Causeway for .....? AMK Hub for Quarter Pounder? Tampines One/PS for art and craft thing ? Home to rot? *lol*

学堂上，教授让大家玩个游戏。。一位已婚女子踊跃上去做示范，

教授让她在黑板上写出100个认为是最亲密的人的名字来，女人毫不犹豫的将父母、丈夫、孩子、
亲戚及周围邻居写了上去，

这时教授让她在这些名字里去掉3个不是很重要的名字，女人把邻居去掉了；

教授有让她去掉3个不是很重要的名字，考虑了一下，将几位亲戚的名字去掉了；

就这样重复着。。。最后黑板上剩下了4个人的名字：父母、丈夫和孩子，

这时教授让她再去掉2个名字，她哇的一声哭了。。。她该怎么办？她该去掉谁的名字？？？

考虑的半天，还是将父母的名字去掉了。。。

可是教授还要她在2个人中间再去掉一个名字，她下不了手了，，，孩子和丈夫都是她的最爱，谁

也舍不得，

但是游戏规则必须只能剩下一个，在心如刀割的情况下，最终把孩子的名字去掉了。。。

游戏结束了，黑板上剩下的是她丈夫的名字。

教授问她为什么会这样选择？她是这样解释：

虽然父母的爱是伟大的他们也是最亲的人，但是他们终究有一天会老去；

孩子是自己的亲骨肉，但是随着时间的推移，孩子长大了，也会离开父母的怀抱独自去发展；

这时唯一能够和自己相亲相爱走完后半生的只有自己的丈夫了。。。

get some lights in here, its dark!"

Sunny + Drizzling Monday

Reached Cityhall at about 0930am today and happen to see Ian from far but I am not so sure whether it's really him so I waited for him to walked closer toward the bus stop... He gained a little weight and he's more tanned now... ^^He's back from his honeymoon from Racha and he got me a lemongrass soap... is he trying to tell me I stinks? *lol*

AL called Ian and told him to inform us "Lets go lunch at 1pm" and I told him over the MSN I want to eat veggie.. *lol* There goes his porridge plan... We went to Cheng Delicacies and the star dish here is the chicken chop with curry rice. You will get a big chicken chop made with juicy thigh meat pounded thin, then breaded and fried till crisp. It sits on a mound of rice and covers half the plate. A pool of curry gravy sits on the other half, with two chunks of potatoes. *yummy* AL ordered a-la-carte for 4 pax and lunch is really yummy and pretty expensive... 4 pax for S$76+, 5 dishes...

*Yippeee* Time to knock off~ AL went down for a smoke and I know he's definitely gona see my hubby and they gona start talking about WOW or Apple stuff thingy again... I've retired from WOW since last year but also a little inspired to go back and heal heal heal *lol* Left office at 0630pm and the traffic was terrible + horrible, usually took 30 minutes or so to reach home and it took us about 1h15minutes yesterday... There's accident on the road as well, hopefully the person will be alright.... *argh* Supposed to go Sembawang to have porridge but end up dinner at woodlands area :(

While watching channel 8 show @ 0900pm, Whisky hop onto the sofa and grabbed my attention asking me to "sayang" him... He's so sweet recently, I wonder why? *lol* There are times that Whisky will grab his milk bone and sit close beside me and begin his chewing session and you can feel his saliva, attention seeker, isn't it? But I like it... hehe! Everytime I went shower he will wait patiently outside and wait for me to come out as well ^^ Play catching with him last night and he was so tired that his tounge went to the left but I can see he is very happy as he love catching game but it will be a different case if hubby to play with him... Whisky will hide under something cos he doesn't wants to play with hubby or he's too scared that hubby will be able to catch him... *whahahahaha*

Bed time! Every night before I sleep, Hubby will spent time talking to me on anything + everything and slowly pat me to sleep after that...*lol* Enjoy it ^^

Hubby bought me down for a walk after our dinner and we went to NTUC. As promised, he bought me cherries + little massage on my shoulder^^

Had a pleasant dream this morning and I hate it... I rather have nightmare as pleasant dreams always turn out Negative in real life (T-T)

My lethargic Sunday

Reached St Andrew's Cath at about 930am and parking was already full, no choice... we have to park in Funan IT Mall. S$8.00 for the parking fees :(

There are tons are people in there and they served breakfast and drinks, pardon for my SK-ness... :P Hubby asked around if we could speak to someone about baptizing and Q&A session but to no valid... Met a very kind lady, she told us more on Christianity for about 3.5h *omg* Saw Maria and the new account at Funan Delifrance and they have to go for stocks day today... It's Sunday you know~ Luckily, I have left AP but I definitely miss my nice colleague in there...

Hubby gave me a few option on where I want to go but I told him I just want to head home, I'm feeling so lethargic today. Reached home and started cleaning my Kitchen, laundry and clear some stuff in my room and found the following stuff~ My pager! *lol*



Was raining in the afternoon and somehow a insect manged to flew into our house and manage to catch Whisky attention... I only noticed when I saw his mouth moving so I quickly tell him NO and STOP... Well, he did and I manage to took a shot of the pity insect dead body... *RIP* *whahahaha* I believe what Whisky did was, he used his paw to "pawn" the insect and put it into his mouth~ *gross*

Drive over to Mummy place at about 330pm to have our lunch and sent her to work, we decided to shop around CWP, yes... CWP again... *lol* Shop around for 40 minutes and we was too tired to move on, sent the car for washing and vacuuming at the nearest petrol station~

There's a hole at the driver's seat car mat and hubby decided to drive to AUTOBACS @ Bukit Batok to purchase a new one... *omg* 1 bloody 3M car mat cost S$52.50 . . .Thought of going over to Jurong Point after our trip to Autobacs but the thought of it's weekend and definitely there will be lots of people and parking will be full so, we dropped the idea.. :P

Received a mail from Clara, our insurance agent... Open up and saw a small note pad with hubby name Alvin on it and a short note saying "Hi Alvin, saw diz @ prudential giftshop :)" Seriously, what the hell is this? To make herself feel better? Anway, Hubby will be meeting her next Tuesday as she said she wants to go thru the terms and condition for that insurance and explain why we can't claim... Felt so pissed, "thanks" to her mistake.. Terrible + Horrible insurace agent, how can we trust her again! !@#$%&*

Whisky 1st swimming experience ^^

Previously booked Amara Sanctuary and was given a complimentary free pass to Sentosa, trying our luck to see if we could still use it~Heart was beating quite fast when we reached the entry and guess what... we passed! Instead of paying S$8.00 we only pay the car entry fee, which is only S$2.00...

Reached Tanjong beach at about 9.45am and there's about 10 Westie and few other breed present today~ It's also Whisky 1st swimming experience, he really made us laugh out loud...

Sunny Friday~

7.04am, Received Karen sms informing me that Michael Jackson is dead... God bless him :)

Anyway, I was awake at about 7am already, "thanks" to hubby... hehe.. As he couldn't fall asleep he was using his hand to brush on my forehead - hair, kissing me on my face and holding my hand and looking at me or I should said watching how I sleep... *lol*

It's Friday! Working from home today as I didn't want to spread the virus to my colleagues.
I was surprised when I saw my boss MSN me this afternoon *lol* He was asking whether I'm under stress as my MSN personal message was saying "positive positive positive!" I replied nope and he replied "phew" and add on if there's anything about work that I feel stress with, feel free to let him know or chat with him about it... Thanks boss!

Called Kim Yan the MUA this afternoon and praying that she will be available on 1st August'2009 for the 3 jiemeis makeup! We are so lucky~ Hair-do + Make-up = S$80.00/per pax. Will be meeting up with the ladies soon and it;s shopping time! Budget for gown set at about S$150.00, I'm broke already but it's for Lynn's wedding, we wana dress nicely and be pretty on her big day~! So excited about it and at the same time I'm so dead la... 10kg of fats back on me, guess my gown side will be L or XL... Have to use a shawl to cover my fats (T-T)

Again, we had dian xiao er, The Family set meal for lunch today~ Kind of having PMS these two days but upon eating the food I let out little satisfactory smiles... *lol* Hubby was very happy... -___-" Poor hubby have to "tahan" my PMS... *lol* Love you baby <3 Tried to teach Whisky "gong xi" but he simply just doesn't want to do it... Keep showing us the dead sign *bang* Anyway, It's Saturday tomorrow and we will be bringing Whisky to Sentosa Beach for Westie outing~ It will be his 1st time swimming tomorrow, if he dares... hehe... Back to work~

Was pretty pissed this morning as I couldn't find my keys! Spent about 15 minutes searching for it and finally found it and I've passed by that area a few time and couldn't see it, guess it's too dark in the room and it's dark-ish, didn't turn on the lights because hubby was still sleeping...

Went to TB POSB to bank in some cheques and deposit some cash for Mummy as the 3 machines for cash deposit at civic center is out of order, ALL 3! Don't know whether it's unlucky or DBS/POSB cash deposit machine islandwide having issues because the cash deposit machine at TB is out of order as well *sigh*

Hubby came to fetch me and I gave him 2 option on where to go to buy Whisky food, Northpoint or SSC? He prefer VivoCity instead -_-" Anyway, PLC is having promo on Fish4Dog, buy 6 and get 2 packs free~ Also bought a packet of treats and a toy for Whisky ^^



On our way home, the traffic sign board was showing Heavy traffic to Clementi... Zzzz Luckily, it's just a short slow traffic... know why? Opposite lane there's a accident, 7 cars bang into each other on the 3rd lane and another 2 cars on the 1st lane... Too many people kpo-ing to see what's happening~ Hopefully nobody is injuried... :)

Whisky is very happy with his new toy, self-entertaining with himself ^^ Suppose to teach him new tricks on "gong xi gong xi" but too tired... Fell asleep in the car from vivo back home... :P

MC for 2 days~

Visited a Doctor this morning and head straight home to sleep after that... 2 days of MC. "Thanks" to the insane hot weather~ Had a horrible dream while resting~ :S

Raining in the afternoon, makes it more cooler to sleep/rest... ^^

Hubby bought me to movie, TRANSFORMERS last night at CWP.

But before that, while waiting for the entry to the cinema... there's a lady sitting behind me at the waiting area, she called her friend asking whether she wants to watch movie? Her tone really pissed + upset, as I said she was sitting behind me and I can hear her conservation very clearly... She was complaining to her friend that she was suppose to watch the movie with her boyfriend but the bf was saying that she show him black face so he said he's not free and need to go somewhere else! She claimed that if the bf say that he's tired and need to go to sleep, she can accept that reason~ I believe she was hoping the bf will appear as she also mentioned that she sms her bf that she will be coming for the movie as she already paid for it... *sigh* Why are there guys like this :( Guess what, we are sitting at the same row of couple seats... Ours is A17,18... hers is A15, 16... Ok, Ok... I know I'm KPO but I can fully understand her feeling...



Must be worth contender for one of the movies of the year... Awesome graphics and great action packed movie. Definitely worth your time and money spent! The movie last for about 150 minutes and I can watch it again! hehe~ I LOVE IT ^^ Rating 9.9/10!

Should I plan my Genting trip for July.... *still deciding* Can't make up my mind >.<

Scotching Sunday~

Attended a short "class" at St Andrew Cathedral about bible thingy...After classes we went in to the church for short prayer :) *amen* Went to Marina Square after our church session, to shop for father's day present~ Bought a PUMA sling bag for daddy and hope he likes it ^^ Great deal, 50% off + 15% off for UOB card member... Why didn't ADIDAS has that kind of deal... :(

Tonight hubby was asking if we can go for a short getaway to Genting....*Surprised* As hubby never request to go for a trip ~ Just checked grassland package for July, 2 pax for S$212.00, reasonable but got to decide carefully first ^^ Hubby also suggested that to drive up to Genting *OMG* leh... Karen should be back from Genting already and will check out with her tomorrow morning!

He began to search his father’s important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages.

As he read those words, a car key dropped from an envelope taped behind the Bible. It had a tag with the dealer’s name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words…PAID IN FULL.

How many times do we miss Life’s gifts because they are not packaged as we expected?

Warm Sunday~

Rise and shine~ woke up at about 10am today and started to prepare egg mayo cheese + lettuce sandwich for our breakfast ^^ I'm too hungry and forgot to snapshot the sandwich... :(

Took a shower and when I came out from the shower I was really... pissed, as I see Whisky poo poo on the floor and in our room. Earlier I let Whisky go to the living room to do his own business before letting in him to our room... Ended up whisky was punish by hubby, serve him right *lol*

Picked Angie and KC @ Woodlands MRT taxi stand and head to French Bridal together for her gown selection :) The "auntie" there still remember me, keke... Angie & KC are really a easy couple, they selected the gown in less then an hour.. I still remember mine was like about 2-3 hours... But, I'm glad that she have found the gown that she likes ^^ After their gown selection, we dropped them to SLS and hubby drove me to Livia, Coastal Breeze, Bluewater 2 & Rosewood Suite to view their showflat... Only Livia and Rosewood Suit passed, the rest FAILED badly... :S Discovered condo now are mostly build till 5th level and it's quite pricey...

We then head to E!hub for a walk and saw that there's a indoor mini ferry wheels in there...



This mall is more of like food/dining malls + kids world rather then shopping mall and it's just beside downtown east~ Went to Mummy place for dinner and after our dinner hubby asked is there any place that I wish to go and he will drive me... Thank you baby ^^ But i choose to go CWP instead, as it's nearer... *lol* Look around for facial toner and finally settle down with a unknown brand (a unknown brand for me) from Korea and it's whiteeeee ^^



Went to Metro and selected 4 dresses to try but none are to my liking as I can see more fats now... Not in the mood to purchase clothing although it's GSS now...

Sleepy, shall turn in early tonight... Have to wake up early tomorrow for church session and hopefully can go for a swim tomorrow evening ^^

Friday the 19th

Slept about 2am last night and before sleeping hubby told me he will send me to work today so that I can sleep abit more<3

It's Friday! Pretty busy with work today and times flies really fast today, so glad ... hehe...
Have to head over to UE square, Starbucks to purchase some nice coffee to perk me up but seriously, it's doesn't really helps... Just my excuse for me to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning :) Went for Facial today, the massage on my face is really good, it will be a plus if they could play some relaxing music~

Knock off time! My eyes could barley open but upon seeing hubby I greet him with a smile, sleep god is temporary leaving me for a second...*lol* Grabbed hubby arm and naturally lay on it and have a short nap on it, feels good too =D

Hubby suggested to bring me to Geylang for Durian session but it's already 10+ish and I'm a little lazy to travel that far although I'm not the one driving :P But all of the sudden, both of us have a strong craving for durian so I decided to call Mummy and OMG, we are so lucky... there's durian at Mummy home! Drove to Mummy place at about 11+ish to enjoy the durian... *yum yum* Oh yea, we are also quite daring today... We bought Whisky along with us to Mummy house without any leash on him, F&E~ It was pretty exciting + also worried that Whisky will run loose but luckily he did not , a little proud of Whisky now . He's now sleeping soundly behind me ^^

It will be a pretty busy day tomorrow, picking Angie and KC up at 12pm to head to French Bridal to help her with her ROM gown selection and after that hubby gona bring me to showflat to get more idea on our next new home~ Love viewing showflat~ It's father's day tomorrow and I have no idea what to get for my dad as he seriously don't need anything... Mmm... Shall decide tomorrow... Ms Carrot is having her short escape to Genting and will be back on Sunday, bought something for her today and gona pass her on Monday~ ^^

Left my ATM card and cash at home today -_-" took it out yesterday as I didn't want to bring my whole wallet just to go downstairs for dinner, it's quite bulky so decided to take out my ATM card and cash and ended up I have to borrow some cash from my colleague first...

While on my way walking to UE square today, saw a clumsy butterfly ... It's knock itself towards the signboard and dropped into the grasses... What a interesting sight...

Tons of stuff on my mind but I have no idea why I find it hard to blog it down...Zzzz

Don’t Change the World

Once upon a time, there was a king who ruled a prosperous country. One day, he went for a trip to some distant areas of his country.

When he was back to his palace, he complained that his feet were very painful, because it was the first time that he went for such a long trip, and the road that he went through was very rough and stony. The king was surprised, but he later agreed to his suggestion, to make a “shoe” for himself.

Lunchy with ex-clg~

Again, Angie bought me LJS breakfast today and quickly spotted a place for me to sit in the train... She's really so nice... Thanks alot girl ^^

Agdalene came to picked me up together with Maria, Serene & Joey from my office and we head to Tiong Bahru for porridge buffet~

Serene was so nice that she asked me to touch her tummy to gave me some luck ^^ She will be 7 months soon and it's a boy! So happy and excited for her and yeap, hopefully her baby will give me luck =D

We was chatting about how sleepy can one be when pregnant and the vomiting session... Maria and Joey kept on hearing those vomiting stories and it kind of made them full without eating much. *lol*

Suppose to go swimming after work today but it's drizzling again! *sigh*
So thought of visiting Rosewood suites showflat but it's close... Anyway, we head to CWP to grab our dinner and catch a movie "Drag me to hell", a movie with both horror and humor mixed content. It leaves you with a cold back at times however at times it employs us to a good laughter. Though the ending was predictable but overall it's still worth watching... This show gave a little like roller-coaster feeling~

15 June 2009 - Sunday

Weekend seems to pass so quickly :(

Was awake by Whisky peeing sound at 8am! I'm really pissed... Anyway, cleared up the messed and went back to sleep till 11am. Woke up and do some laundry, washing of whisky peeing tray, bath session for Whisky and it's about 130pm and Hubby still sleeping *lol* Decided to wake him up and he was pretty shock that he slept this late~ Hubby went down to buy me "brunch".

Head to Clifford place at about 330pm for his daughter, Jiaxuan birthday party. She's 4 years old now, times really files... When can I see my rainbow? A simple party set-up, cosy I would said just for the family members~

We left at about 6.15pm and head over to Vivocity for our movie, Blood: The last vampire... It's a crap show... CG wasn't really impressive and predictable storyline...

That's how our Sunday ends...

Sleepy Monday again... Not much updates for today~
Arranged a jogging session with Angie this evening but was drizzling so I cancelled it... Shall arrange for another jogging session soon this week and it's swimming time tomorrow! ^^

While on our journey home, hubby told me he finally found a "statement" for Ian's comment on "you make every man looks bad"... Hubby told me to tell him because I'm very loveable... *LOL* I almost fainted...

and *yay* will be meeting my ex-colleague tomorrow for lunchy, it've been a long time since I last see them~ Looking forward to it~

I'm stuck on lady gaga song - poker face, it keeps me awake~~

Feeling blessed, happy, Fatigue...

Busy Saturday~

Went over to Suntec with hubby yesterday morning to delivery some goods to the PC Show. The crowds is horrendous, same goes to the lift services... PC show starts at 12pm and we can see people queuing outside level 4 waiting for the PC show to start... After Hubby done with his delivery and it's still early so we went for movie at Eng Wah, Ghost of the Past Girlfriend @ 3.15pm. It's definitely a nice, touching, sweet and a little of comedy show...

We speed off to Hilton Hotel after our movie as it's already 5+ and I need to get change and some make up on my face :P I'm all ready at 6.10pm and here we go, to level 24 for their solemnization ceremony.

Ian's passed me my cheese cake! He ordered thru room services and it's double the price...
The picture here is not that pretty because when I got home and open up, the cake & strawberry was all over the boxes :( You can see the "stained" on the boxes...

It' was about 11.15pm and we are the last table to leave. Sending out best regards to the couple and hand shake session with their parent suddendly Ian told my hubby that he makes all men looks back because for the way he treated me -____-"
He's drunk, as he speak quite loudly... *lol*

We reached the Lobby and we are surprise that AL was waiting for us to go over to some place for a drink and luckily we manage to escape as it was pretty late. We sent Eng home as he wasn't driving and his faces was all blush up due to the wine and liquor ... That's cute... *lol* Took some red wine yesterday and surprisingly I wasn't "red" up, thanks to daily drinking of D.O.M... Now 11-15% doesn't scared me as D.O.M is 40% of alcohol... hehe...

We make our way to the carpark and remember that we do not have the parking coupon but luckily the hotel staff let us pass as we told him we are here to attend the wedding dinner.
