The weather today was scorching HOT!

So... Lynn = Bad Temper + Frustrated and who kena..? Obviously, the answer is Hubby Lim *lol*

We decided to head out early and the weather is totally unbearable... Wanted to head over to the library to get some books for Hubby's assignment but the parking queue was quite long and instead of waiting we went for car-wash instead and head straight to AMKhub and ... long queue just to get inside the carpark, that's weekend... Zzzz

Head straight to Spring at lvl 2 to get a pants for myself as there will be some light stretching today ... Believe it anot, I do not have any pants for my maternity wear *lol* The pants seriously, I find it freaking ex... 3/4 and it's already S$49.90, bought 2 more top with sleeves this time... The fats on my arms area are obscene now... Oh my....

Even there's air-conditioner in the mall but it's still so warm and I decided to purchase 1 basket siew mai and 1 glutinous rice and 1 almond long-gan with Ice... ^^ Went to shop around the mall for abit before the lesson begins and happen to pass by Black Hammer and they are having a 50% discount on some men's shoes and lucky hubby managed to buy a pair of leather shoes for S$30.00 and it's the last pair... He's so happy with it.. *lol*

4:15pm~ fifteen more minutes to the lesson. We slowly walked over to "The little Skool" and thinking that we can take a rest instead while waiting but Oops, nope... We have to wait outside until the class is over... We are pretty surprised that alot of couple participate the parent craft session, about 60 pax (Wife + Husband).

The lesson was pretty interesting and hubby did a great job for massage... Thanks to the nice massage he gave me every night despite his tired-ness due to his job, exams and assignment... He's really superb... I definitely can't handle those in such a tight-deadline.

A "little" message for my be~

Thank you for giving me the nice massage every night, talking to the baby, always there for me and giving me 101% attention whenever I need it, sending and picking me up from work everyday, checking my blanket in the middle of the night, putting down the toilet seat for me when ever I need to use the washroom, shower for me, tolerating my nonsense when I have my mood-swing *lol* .... So much more to mention... I love you baby ^^

The lesson ended at about 7pm and next stop, BBQ @ OneJevois, Hubby's dad's brother place, a house warming cum birthday celebration for those whose birthday falls in October. Today is also the first time that we have spoken so much with Jo, *lol*. The event ended at about 10:00pm, awwww... too short to really catch up with each other, hopefully the next gathering will come soon, maybe x'mas?

Sent Hubby's dad and daughter home before we drive home, tiring day... Reached home at about 12:10am... Shower and dried my hair and getting ready to sleep and to my horror, I saw freaking black thing near my alarm and what the fish, it's a damn bloody disgusting cockroach!!!! What the??? Since Mummy is still awake I went to her room and told her to catch the bloody disgusting cockroach for me, 1st time the cockroach run away but it's not so lucky the 2nd time... Mummy is so brave that she just used a tissue to catch the cockroach... Yucks, we hate cockroach! GROSS...

We seriously cant find any reason why there is cockroach in the room, there's no food in the room at all... Maybe too warm, the cockroach need some air-con? Hmmm...

Baby weigh 1.174kg now...

28 weeks and baby weighing at 1.174kg now, normal range but Mummy put on 4kg in 1 month!!

JW asked if I snack regularly? I told her no, I'm eating as per normal and my appetite dropped. Anyway, JW go ahead with the scan and baby is awake and doing some light stretching but couldn't really get a good shot of him today... After the scan, JW told me she believe that I'm not snacking as baby weight is normal and not over-weight... "if Mummy is snacking baby will be overweight but baby is not" *heh* JW pass a paper to us on what to pack for the hospital stay by 36 weeks and today we are booking our hospital room... We choose one-bedded as that's the only room that hubby is allowed to stay over with me... Not free tho, S$75 per day... See, this is how hospital earn money... 3D2N for a normal delivery and hopefully I can delivery naturally.

I'm heavier than Hubby now.... This is really soooooooo wrong.

Long wait today, Hubby and I went down to TMC cafe for our lunch instead... At last, something decent and reasonable to eat... Everything in MBS is so "fine" and pricey...

After our lunch we went up to wait and while waiting, I rub on my belly and told my boy to stay awake and yippeeee, he's awake and strentching his leg straight while JW did the scan for me and our son turn over and JW managed to take a nice shot of him ^^

Phew, he's not plump so there's no need for me to control my diet and my weight gain is normal... Thank God... Our little boy weigh at 705g now, normal range *yay*

Hubby drive me to Serena's place at punggol to pick up some baby's clothing and 1 cute little adidas shoes ^^ Many thanks to Ms.Chua =D

Next stop, back home to pick up Mummy and Daddy for buffet dinner @ Sakura for their birthday celebration, no photos taken as we are too busy eating ... >.< Glad that they enjoy the food...

Finally, back home... It's a long and tiring day but eventful... :)
Can't wait to see JW next month...

MBS 10 - 11 September'2010

Before we set off to our short R&R trip @ MBS, hubby send me to Marina Square as I'm craving for milk tea and shave ice ... A nice combo on such a warm day...^^

MBS was soooo packed that even valet parking full, we decided to try our luck and drive to the car park near Casino instead but lady luck not on our side after waiting for about 20 minutes... So... there goes the illegal parking...

Our room are at level 37 and I'm pretty excited about it, the higher the better ^^ - 3766 located at Tower 2... My first reaction when I step into the room was... "wooooo~ nice... Spacious" Love the bathroom, I wish I can have MBS bathroom, I love big bathroom... =D

We take turns to head down to our room for shower after our Swimming session and finally 8:30pm, dinner time. Our initial plan was to head over to "Ding Tai Feng" for dinner but it was still under renovation so we tried our luck and walk around to see if there are any other choices... There are plenty of fine dining and after about 30 minutes of "search" we found a so call cafe selling chicken rice, economics rice, dim sum, that's more like it! *lol*

Went for a walk after our dinner but I was so tired after strolling for less than 30 minutes and told hubby that I wanted to head back to the room to rest instead :)

Hubby having lesson today from 9:00am - 6:00pm but the timetable was changed... to 2:00pm to 6:00pm instead... Argh, hate this. He hardly have the time to rest now and the timetable keep changing, this is not the 1st. He drive back and accompany me and to his "sway-ness" he spilled coffee on himself in the car, that means he so call "wet" his pants at well and he's at expressway... Not a good start for him on a Sunday...

Hubby sent me to CWP to meet up with Lynn and Aurora for our brunch and first thing they saw me, they asked, I'm alone? Oops.. I thought this is for ladies only so I didn't get hubby to join. Afraid Thomas might feel weird, I text hubby and asked him where is he and asked if he wana join for abit before he leave for his class and about 10 minutes later, hubby joined ^^ Lynn is 26 weeks preggy now and her tummy is so huge now *Envy*

Shopping time! Today, Aurora was our body guard cum nanny, all of our shopping bag or bag she will take care, thanks alot girl :) Bubble-Tea craving session, I have chocolate milk tea without ice and no pearl *taste so good*

We went to kiddy-palace and heh heh, I'm so happy, purchase a set of baby clothing for our boy.. So far, only 3 set, consider ok lar? *keke* Didn't manage to get any swimsuit today but I manage to buy something for myself and hubby today ^^ Crocs slipper =D, hubby is going to make some noise again... every time I buy something for him... We have a couple slipper now *lol*

Another tiring day, Lynn tan sent me home after that *phew, thank God" Both of us are so tired from the walking and the moment we sit in the car we felt so relieve...

Hubby came home and I show him the baby clothing happily and he kind of smile at me... He smile said "wah, my wife so happy" and next I show him the slipper I bought and he saw the price he started to "chant" at me... Anyway, expected this kind of reaction so no biggie *lol* To stop him from going on and on and on, I quickly wear mine and show him and told him, Couple wear! *hehe*

Natas Fair - Watson Fair - Some lame bag fair - Tampines Mall - Tampines One - Expo - Changi Area - Finally HOME...

Hubby have to help out at Natas Fair today and I decided to tag along... We was there at about 9:30am and the queue was already freaking long... Natas Fair starts at only 10:00am.

I'm glad we have the complimentary pass for Natas fair, no queuing require ^^ We settled down for our breakfast before we head in to the fair. Hubby is here for work today but he still take time to walk with me and guess what... He bought a little bear for me, it's some kind of a donation to the charity :) I saw the bear and asked Hubby... the bear no red shirt one? He replied, ours is boy boy so take blue... mmm...

Walked about an hour and my battery is almost flat, went out to take a break and hubby bought me a corn cup before he went back to work ^^ Next stop, I went to Watson fair and guess what ... I didn't buy anything at all and therefore I decided to walk to foyer 2 for some bags and apparel fair and I was so disappointed.... It's all crap there. Took an hour of rest to recharge my battery before I proceed to my next destination... Decided to head over to Tampines One to see some paper craft/scrape booking stuff after my lunch with hubby. Again, to my disappointment, nothing to my liking again *awwww*

Met up with Guoling for a short while at Tampines Mall and chatted for a bit, her ROM is confirmed, happy for her but don't understand why she wanted to do ROM first and tea ceremony itself 6months to 1 years later... She have no intension of having dinner, just tea ceremony and kua wearing session... hmmm. Anyway, doesn't matter, as long as she likes it.

We bid goodbye an hour later and I continue my "shopping trip" at Tampines One and saw someone very familiar, looks like Ms.Cher hubby and yes I'm right! I saw Ms.Cher with little Ivan, little Ivan choose his shoes, he's so cute and shy when Ms.Cher asked him to greet me...

My reserve battery is used up too and I decided to head back to Expo and wait for hubby instead as there's really no comfortable seats for me to settle down and wait for him *lol*

Mr Lim was very surprise when he see no shopping bag on my hand...

Next stop? Dinner... Suppose to go fow prawn me at east coast area but somehow we are lost and the GPRS is usless, Hubby decided to drive to old changi road for wanton noodles, recommended by hubby lim and he choose the wrong stall -_-"

Last stop... finally we are going home, I can't wait to have a nice shower and "nua" on my sofa or on our bed... Indeed, a very tiring day... I can see the pain on my butt is coming tonight...

Annoying... I have to go back my own today as Hubby is having lesson from 6:30pm to 10:30pm... As usual, board the train and didn't expect anyone will give up his or her seat to me, stand all the way to Bishan and someone alighted, there's a lady standing infront of this empty seat, she signal to me and asked me to take the seat, I was really shock but I'm really grateful to her.

20 weeks details scan

What a nightmare this morning and surprising I didn't wake hubby up but I was wide awake and decided to poke him and signal to him I have a nightmare and what is it about and he can totally understand without me opening my mouth*lol* You people must be wondering... "what the?!"

We decided to go out early today and have our breakfast at Marsiling market, lady luck on our side today, 1 parking slot on a busy Saturday! Hubby water bottle had been missing for about a week and finally ... lost and found under my seat... Zzz

We reached TMC at about 10:20am and I thought I will be able to have my scan at the appointed timing at 11:00am but we waited until 11:50am, the nurse explain to me that there's a lot of walk in customer today but priority was given to those who have their appointment fixed.. who knows right? Anyway, in the past, husband or family member are allow into the scanning room but now NO...They are only allow to be inside the room only when the scan is completed. Why? Reason being, the sonographer need to have full concentration during the scan and they are afraid of H1N1... Both reason are pretty lame I would said... Firstly, the sonographer are able to chat and joke with me and secondly, if they are afraid that H1N1 will be spread, they will not leave the waiting area open and if I were to really spread the disease the sonographer will get it too... Dumb, period.

My appointment with Dr. Jocelyn Wong was fixed at 12:00pm but was delay due to the scan at level 4. Nevertheless, the scan took about 25 minutes as our little boy is facing downwards, not very co-operative with the position but he's happily moving around inside and opening his legs ^^ Thank GOD, everything is fine I hope it will be fine all the way... After about 5 minutes a simple report is out and off we go to see JW.

Golly, 73kg... I am so round and huge now ... JW look at the report and told me everything is fine, just that baby is slightly big... *lol* My big appetite? Anyway she said that is a good sign too because it show that baby is absorbing the food I'm taking... I guess I will need to control my diet, don't like to see myself in the mirror now... I look like a GIANT ... I can start doing some light shopping and swimming too, that's good news... at least there's some form of exercise for me~

Next stop, Takashimaya baby fair ^^ We did not buy anything there, clueless at the moment. Wanted to grab the babyplus but after hearing what Hubby and gyane said, I hesitated. Shall get baby to read and find out more before we invest in that small equipment that cost S$318.00 :S My battery went flat after about 1hour+ of walking without rest ....

Next stop, home... to pick Mummy to go over to Lijun's place as Mum have prepared curry for her birthday BBQ that is held at her void deck. Thought I can nua for 30 minutes but Mummy is ready to leave and hubby have to head out for his weekly badminton session at 7:00pm.

Happy 18th birthday to my dear cousin, jun ;) How I wish I'm still 18, lol...

We stayed for about 45 minutes and hubby sent me home before he leave for his badminton session... Guess what, it stated raining heavily when I stepped my foot into the house *phew, lucky me*

Our Sunday Activities...

Hubby drive over to Marsiling coffeeshop for our breakfast, there isn't much selection and prata queue was pretty long so we ordered prawn mee noodles instead and it was a disaster. Unhappy breakfast... *lol*

Anyway, we left for our 1115am services and we were early and we are so glad that there's one last parking slot for us ^^. Told hubby that I wanted fish burger from Mac and there we go~ *Yummy*

After our morning services, we meet up wuth Elaine from prudential as we are interested in a policy but her service was pretty much a "look at brochure and read to us"... Deal off. Finally appointment is over and hubby is so looking forward to going over to the car show-room to test drive his dream car... Well, I would said it's really comfortable but compared to current car, it's way smaller as it's a 5 seaters car and it comes with a freaking scary price tag...

My battery is going flat soon and it means time to go home... Mum's cooking today but about an hour later I'm starting to crave for Loti-John made by Hubby *Drooling* We don't have the ingredients at home so hubby drive me to Bukit Timah for Roti-John and Prata-Coin session, thanks baby!

Lunch with PJ and WY @ Novena waraku today... The pasta is really fantastic!

After we are done with our lunch, WY wanted to visit adidas factory outlet at level 2 as he was hoping he can buy a pant but ended up I'm the one buying...

The 1st thing that strike me was the gold badge, I got a "thing" for badges on bag and shoes... Just like that pair of playboy shoe I bought in TW. Secondly, it's the colour combination and lastly, it's comfy... Decided to buy it since I have to said goodbye to my current shoe soon. Happy with my loot but pocket hole become bigger now...

Here's the playboy shoes from TW...Bought last year in TW but it's now in my shoes cabinet ... Somehow it's just too painful for my feet... *sobsob*

Told my cousin about the shoe I bought during lunch earlier on and she told me "seldom see me shop" I fainted.... *lol*

Mum's is not cooking today so we went to CWP for our dinner... Our dinner for today, 田雞粥，my all time favourite and now it's happening in CWP foodcourt at level 5. It's about $18.00 for 2 pax with 油條.

While on our way to the carpark we passed by Kiddy palace and casually told hubby that I want that cushion "pointing at kiddy palace direction" and he seriously replied ok, lets get it.

Nice, promotion... Selling at $14.90 now. Now, I have a cushion for my back during office hours.

My back is aching already...

Lunch with Gin @ ION

Meet up with Gin today for lunch, off we go to ION. She recommended a Japanese restaurant situated at B1 that sell yummy Japanese food, didn't really take note of the restaurant name, another thing good about the restaurant, there's no charge service charge. Happily and busy eating and did not take a snap shot of my lunch, there's always a next time ;)

After our lunch we walked around B1 and walked pass a dessert shop, again... I forgot what is the shop name... I have Mango shaved ice while ice wanted peanut shaved ice. S$5.00 per plate and serving was pretty huge, can be shared by 2 - 3 pax and of course we couldn't finish ours... The shaved ice is soooo smooth and it's good, I miss Taiwan already... *yumyum*

Hubby came to fetch me after work and I show him the dessert that I have taken this afternoon and he was saying... " wah, still eat so many cold stuff", I just reply.... hormones change and body signaling me to take those *lol*

Surprise from Hubby

Suppose to attend our 1115am service today but we skip today's session as Hubby was having some rashes. We went to triple 8 for our breakfast before heading to our family clinic and guess what, Dr.Loh is not around, only relief doctor and Hubby doesn't want the relief doctor so we decided to drop by tomorrow instead. Current solution... continue to apply Mopiko for hubby.

Last stop to NTUC but we stop by the Optical shop first. Hubby was telling me he need to get a sun-glass while driving as his previous glasses went to R.I.P. Selection was a quick one, less than 40 minutes, paid and leave and Hubby told the sales person to take some glasses for me to try as he wish to get one for me -_-"... I tired on a few, still prefer the Gucci glasses but never the price. Limited Edition after 1 year price still the same... Hubby told the sales person to wrap it out I quickly told the person No! Pulled hubby out of the shop and we walked over to NTUC.

Was quite thirsty after our breakfast and NTUC queue was terrible, hubby told me he will go over to the coffee-shop to buy, it will be quicker so I agreed and I went on shopping in NTUC while waiting for him. Walked for 2 round and he's still not back I sense something fishy so I put down my basket and head out but was surprise to see him and asked him what take him so long! He said "the coffee shop auntie ignore me, nobody wants to serve me". I was thirsty so I didn't further question him.

Done with our grocery shopping and my battery is already flat, I can sense that I'm so dead tonight with the pain on my butt... *__* I quickly take out the glasses for hubby to put it on and before I open it he said "1st bag is yours" ... Flashback of what is taking him so long came to my mind... *roar* I kind of roar at hubby and he smile and told me that he been wanting to get the sun-glass for me and since the lady gave him a discount till S$400 he decided to buy it. $400!!!! I'm kinda upset cost it's really expensive and so I told hubby, the sun-glass will be our 5th year anniversary present, coming soon... 10.10.2010... ^^

I'm craving for potato, I pester hubby to buy me the fries from NTUC so that Mummy can prepare for me late *yummy* I'm going rounder, round shape is the "IN" shape now... *hehe*

Reached home and told Mummy that hubby is have rashes she quickly prepare some liquor for hubby to apply to the rashes but it doesn't help. Anyway, stick to Mopiko and we rest for about an hour before we head out to pick up Angie and KC for Mahjong session, Mummy waited for 4-players MJ for quite long, finally today is the day... *lol*

I love my baby, he's the best.
